Cartia is a land of wonderment and fantasy. Dragons and Unicorns roam the mountains, and Pegusi live up in the clouds. This land of mystery, however long the magic may have lingered, has now turned to darkness. There has been an uprising of Merfolk, with the evil dictator of the waterfolk, Shagma, brainwashing and leading the rebellion with her "subjects". The Cartians have but one hope: the Dragon Riders and the Royal Cartian Army. Will you help and save this magical Kingdom in its fight for freedom? or will you sit back and watch it fall into utter ruin? Make your choice, for you could very well be the difference between life and death.
