Name: Juliet
Age: 20 moons
Gender: She-Cat
Clan: BloodClan
Position: Warrior
Description: Juliet is an elegant and lovely little she-cat. Her body is very slender, giving her a rather small appearance...or at least, slightly smaller than other cats. Her pelt is short and well-kept, and it has a sort of silky feel to it. She is a pretty tabby-cat, her fur a light brown in color with darker brown stripes that run close together down her back so that she looks almost dark-pelted. There may be a bit of tortoiseshell in Juliet as well, for in some spots, her fur is splotched a golden-orange color that is only obvious to the eye in direct sun-light, so she's more of a golden tabby. The darkest point in her pelt is the deep, dark, almost black stripe that runs down her back, and as the fur grows downward, it gradually shades lighter until it reaches an almost tan point. This happens mostly across Juliet's cheeks and muzzle. Her chin is a soft, snowy white, however, the hue running down her chest and belly.
Juliet's ears are erect and keen, and seem to be constantly flicking around in all directions. One of her ears, her left one, has a tiny nick to it, a scar from a battle that has long passed.
Her soft pink nose is bordered by a light tan muzzle, and curious, long white whiskers that tend to twitch inquisitively.
A long brown tail whips to and fro, almost hypnotizing in the way it does, although she usually keeps it neatly curled around her elegantly small, but sharp-clawed paws.
But Juliet's most interesting feature, perhaps, is her eyes. They are rather expressive, but they hold a cool, icy color to them. Sometimes it ranges from a crystal-like color, to an almost eerie misty grey. There are other times, however, when they appear as the deepest and darkest blue. It all depends on the lighting I suppose. They can also bear a very cold death-stare.

Personality: This is a tough one, because you can never be exactly sure of Juliet's true personality. It can vary, depending on the cat she is talking to, and it can bend and change if it is necessary to get what she wants.
Usually, Juliet is very soft-spoken. She doesn't raise her voice much, because she doesn't see the need to. Most assume that her voice has a natural quiet tone to it. She is a very calm cat, and doesn't easily get emotional...at least, not in front of others. Indeed, the she-cat has spent much of her time building up this sort of emotional barrier, and she has a hard time trusting anyone or letting them in. So to most, for there are not many who can see through her carefully built up wall, Juliet appears very cool and collected, and extremely sure of herself.
Violence isn't really her way, if she can avoid it. Juliet is better at manipulating others to get what she wants. She's good at her little mind-games, and gaining the trust of others. Particularly Clan-cats. Toward most outside of BloodClan, in fact, Juliet presents herself is quiet, and somewhat passive. She seems to know the exact heart-strings to pull, as if she can sort of sense these things around others. Juliet is pretty good at coming across as very compassionate. She finds that if others believe that you truly care about them, they let their guard down more easily. She's usually the one to play the sympathetic card with BloodClan prisoners.
Although Juliet, as I stated earlier, doesn't take very fondly to violence and fighting, she is very capable. The femme is an excellent fighter when it comes to it, but it isn't common to see her use it against others unless defending herself. For as stated before, she usually does fine with her words.
Still, she isn't as innocent as she seems to be. With BloodClan, Juliet doesn't play games. She doesn't like most of the Clan, and its pretty plainly showed. She has a rather icy demeanor, and the simple fact that they are her clan-mates doesn't lessen her barrier any more. When she is angry, Juliet usually speaks in a soft, cold tone, but there are rare occasions when she will merely let her patience slip and start screaming. She has learned not to let this happen much, but when it does, it is a pretty scary sight. If Juliet doesn't like you, there isn't much you can do to change her mind, and she is very dangerous in her quiet way, which doesn't make her a very good enemy to have.
Not much is known about Juliet's true motives. She is extremely secretive and mysterious, even toward her own clan-mates. Sometimes it really isn't clear what side she's on, although her loyalty remains pretty strictly to BloodClan even though she seems to disapprove of their methods, and despise their leader. Over-all, she is on her own-side. She does what she needs to do to take care of herself and the very few cats that she actually does care for. She does have a sense of compassion and sensitivity, which, ironically, comes closest to showing when she's dealing with someone outside of BloodClan.
Juliet isn't a murderer, in fact, she has never killed before, but she is no angel, either. She is trapped, in her own way, and wishes so much to break free from BloodClan's certain type of hold on her.
Crush: Nope.
History: Juliet was not born in BloodClan, but to a family of loners who lived in peace not too far from the Clan's border. Her mother's litter was small, of only two kittens, who were both female. Her father, Comet, was not a kitty-pet, but he had grown up lurking in the alleyways of two-leg houses. On cold leaf-bare nights, Comet would listen to the two-legs, and each year they would tell the same sad, strange tale. He could not understand it, but it pulled at his heart and so became curious. One day, he asked the house's kitty-pet about it, and she translated for him. It was a sad and tragic story of two lovers forbidden from each other as their families warred. Comet was fascinated by this two-leg tale, and soon it led to more casual conversation between he and the kitty-pet, who's name was Belle. The two became fast friends, and spend much time together. Comet told her of his many adventures and journeys, and all the sights he had seen as a loner, and Belle would tell him more of those dream-like stories that the two-legs had invented. They grew closer over time, and soon fell in love. When Belle discovered she was pregnant, she left her kitty-pet home for fear that the two-legs would give her kits away. She came to live with Comet, and when their kits were born, they named them after two feminine characters from the story that had brought them together.
From the start, Juliet and her sister, Rosaline, were inseparable. The two were constantly running into trouble around loner territory, causing their parents to nearly start pulling their own fur out. Still, the pair learned quickly of the dangers that lay in their territory, and learned to take care of themselves. Rosaline, as the eldest, was always bold and daring, and very protective of Juliet, who was shy and slightly more timid when it came to the adventures that they would embark on. But as the kits grew, so did the amount of trouble they would get into...in more ways than one. For Juliet soon fell for a handsome rogue called Strider. He was sly and somewhat dangerous, and back then, Juliet was the kind of cat who'd let you walk all over her. So of course, Strider used her, and it wasn't long before he had broken her heart.
After that, the young she-cat went into a state of depression, which worried Rosaline. Even so, however, her sister didn't seem to have much time to comfort her. For Rosaline had fallen in love with a gentle, handsome tom, and they spent much time together. Although Juliet was glad to see her sister happy, loneliness crept further upon her. She began to take to the habit of wandering into foreign territory, where she had been forbidden to go as a kit. It didn't take long before she met another cat, or other cats to be precise.
They startled her, for they were wilder and more vicious than any cats she had ever seen in loner territory. They took her back to their 'camp', where Juliet met with their leader. She didn't know much about the Clans at that time, if anything, so she didn't know better. She didn't know that this very Clan was BloodClan. The leader went on to tell her of the Clan's troubles and how they struggled to survive for the past winter, and how they so desperately needed new members, for mothers were dying before they could give birth. Seeing as Juliet did have some skills in both fighting and medicine, the leader pleaded her to join the Clan. Juliet was doubtful. They offered her the chance to stay, only for a few moons, and then, if she did not like it, she could leave. And in that moment, she decided to do something meaningful with her life. She was so timid and shy...she needed to take this leap of faith. And so, Juliet accepted. Little did she know what she was getting herself into.
Not much of BloodClan's true ways were revealed to her in the time that she stayed there about BloodClan's true ways, so Juliet kept to herself, or kept her company of the few cats who didn't seem quite as wild as the others. She genuinely was beginning to like this Clan life, but found that she really did miss Rosaline, and so was torn as to whether to stay or not. But soon, the decision was made for her. One night, Juliet witnessed the leader and a few others murdering a clan-cat. On that night, she realized what BloodClan really was, and she was terrified. She had been there for five moons, and asked the leader to leave. But to her shock, the leader refused. She informed Juliet that Rosaline was pregnant back in loner territory, and had a happy life with her mate. That she no longer wanted or needed the company of her sister, and that if Juliet's loyalties could not remain to BloodClan, then what she had witnessed with the clan-cat could easily happen to Rosaline and her family.
So, terrified of what the Clan would do, Juliet stayed. And she has stayed, for over a year now, and has been forbidden to speak even a word to her sister. Still, time has hardened the she-cat, and she is nearly the exact opposite of what she was as a loner. It's sad, really, but not too many know her tale. Those who do hardly sympathize for her.
