Across the borders and into the trees of ThunderClan's forest walked a tom of dark colors and an empty soul. He trudged heavily through the trees with the limp pelt of another cat sunk between his teeth. His red coat held the scent of BloodClan, hers the scent of ThunderClan. She was his sister, and she had just been killed in the Graveyard by a dog right before his eyes. It had only sunk him deeper into his despair. Now he had the unpleasurable task of telling ThunderClan what had happened to their warrior. After aimlessly wandering for a while, he finally found the revine that he knew was the entrance to the clan's camp. He sauntered into the clearing. Ignoring the stares of other cats, he walked toward Highrock which was where the leader or deputy was sure to be. He was compleatly unaware that another with a dark heart had been following.

"Mikkikko?" Leafwhisper trudged after her brother, unaware of her 'condition'. "What are you doing? Come on, stop!."Frustrated and confused, she looked around, realizing that he had led her to ThunderClan."Uh, thanks, but I don't need a walk home." Completely unaware of her own body in her brother's jaws, she padded away into the forest again.

The tom pricked his ears, thinking he had heard his name being called. And he could have sworn it was Leafpaw's voice. Shaking his head angrily, he continued on until he reached the base of Highrock. By then, tons of ThunderClanner's had gathered around. Gentleheart padded up with her mother beside her. The warrior gasped and her eyes gained a shine, a film of tears covering the green optics. Dawnfur bowed her head sadly at the sight. Destinystep was in the back of the group. When he spotted Gentleheart, he started pushing his way through the crowd to see what was going on. Mikkikko searched his empty mind for the name of the deputy. "Nightshade?!"

In the cool shade of the Thunderclan walls, Twilightshadow had fallen asleep. She was made a warrior a mere moon ago, but she didn't have to be a warrior to know that Thunderclan's members have been slipping. Or that the clan was in serious danger without a leader nor deputy. The sudden silence of the clan had woken the young warrior, then the unfimliar voice had brought her to her paws. What was going on? With a new look of confusion, she pushed her way through the growing crowd. She wasn't ready for the scene that had been playing out. An unfimliar tom stood over the body of her friend, Leafwhisper. Her gaze swept over the Thunderclan cats...all of them to shocked to even utter something to the tom. With a silent sigh, she pushed her way through the cats and padded over to the tom. Refusing to even look at the body, she fixed her gaze on the Bloodclanner.
"W-Who are you? And.....what........... What happened to Leafwhisper?"
She questioned, her voice a barely above a dry whisper. Her voice sounded dry and filled with mixed emotions...but someone had to find out the story.

Finally someone speaks. Mikkikko rested his gaze upon the young warrior who dared step forward and ask the tom what had happened. This was not in the least what the warrior had expected. He'd thought that the fatality would set ThunderClan raging against him, thinking he had killed her. Of course, if he had killed her, his own sister, he probably wouldn't have brought the body back. He tried to clear his throat and stand taller. He had always used to stand tall and give away no emotion. He used to be strong, willed, had a reason. But now that he's been immursed in his troubles. He was falling. And there was nothing he could do about it.
In a slightly hoarse voice, he replied to Twilightshadow's plea. "A dog attacked her, in the graveyard. I think she was looking for me. I didn't get there in time." He stopped and shook his head in anguish. All the while, Destinystep made his way to the front, when he heard Twilightshadow, his eyes widened and he quicked his pace. And then all at once, Leafwhisper lay before him. He gasp in agony, unable to speak. He felt as though he were about to break down.

Twilightshadow’s gaze remained fixated on the Bloodclan tom. Her emotion…..every motion shone bright in her gaze. Obvious pain showed in her face. Taking in a shaky breath, she gave a small nod in understanding. Accidents do happen, Leafwhisper went to the graveyard many times before to look for her brother, and dogs have killed many Thunderclan cats before so she had little suspicion that the Bloodclan tom killed her. Besides, his pain shone in his gaze as well, even though he tried to hide it under a fake emotionless stare. Also, she will look into her death later…right now she’s standing in front of the entire clan and it seems like she is the only one that isn’t silenced by shock and pain. She has to be the voice of the entire clan. After another long pause, she drew in a deep breath and prepared to ask if he was going to stay for her burial but Destinystep’s gasp cut her off. Instantly, she knew who was standing just behind her. Anyone would have guessed the she-cat’s mate by the agony twisting through the gasp. Closing her eyes, she turned to the Thunderclan tom. Her eyes opened just in time to lock her gaze with his. But she looked away after a mere second.
“Destinystep…….I’m so sorry”
Was all she could mummer, but even that seemed emotionless. She couldn’t summon any sympathy. She just couldn’t. She had just lost another friend in Thunderclan and now….it seemed as if she was the only young warrior left in Thunderclan. Thunderclan had lost too many members already. She didn’t dare let her gaze meet the tom’s she merely stepped to his side and prepared to help him if he should fall.

But Destinystep didn't fall. He stood stock still until he could rip his gaze away from his mate's bloody body. How could this happen? How could they do this to him? How could they take every happy aspect of his life and tear it away from him so he was left with nothing? He hadn't heard Mikkikko's explaination. He didn't hear Twlightshadow's unsympathetic appology. His rage overtook his sorrows until it was unbarable. He wasn't able to think clearly, or control his actions. Tears welled in the corners of his eyes, but they didn't fall. He lunged himself for the BloodClanner. Mikkikko was taken by surprise, and pushed back to the ground by the warrior's sudden weight. Destinystep was almost as big as him, and enraged as he was, he could be a serious threat. "What did you do to her?!" the ThunderClan tom yowled, just inches from the other's face. "How could you kill her?!"

Black and white paws, as well as one metalic one, seemed to drag along the ground as if they had walked for miles. The weary tom slunk into the ThunderClan camp, unaware of where he had stumbled. If he was aware, he wouldn't have even known the place. He couldn't remember anything, not even his own name. The tom seemed unharmed, except for a small but deep gash in his head. His saunter was more because of weariness than pain. His fur was ruffled, black and white, his normal features rogueishly handsome. But a strange glint in the setting sun would tell one that this cat's left forepaw, shoulder, and side of his head was made up of entirely metal. Yellow eyes glinted warily as he approached the cats in confusion, and widened as he saw one tom attack the other, and a dead grey she-cat. Sights of violence and death might have once brought him joy, but the tom no longer knew who he was or remembered anything about his old self. Dipping his head quickly to the gathered cats, he only stood in silence, waiting for their reaction.

Twilightshadow watched in horror as Destinystep attacked the tom in complete rage. That was something she had expected, but didn’t take any precautions as to stopping it.
“Destinystep!! Stop it!! He didn’t do it!”
She meowed, attempting to pull the tom off Mikkikko. Though her attempts failed when she heard the familiar paw-steps of Clockwerk, the leader of Fireclan and the one that had killed many Thunderclan cats before, and Thunderclan was in no shape to defend itself against a rogue attack. A mixture of fear and annoyance ebbed at the she-cat. With a last glance at the quarreling toms, she padded over to Clockwerk. Though as she neared the tom, she realized that his gaze was somewhat dazed and confused, but it could all be a trick. Playing leader again, she faced the Fireclan leader.
“Clockwerk, was brings you to Thunderclan?”
She questioned, her voice showing none of the pain she had expressed earlier and her gaze turned to stone as she confronted the leader. She couldn’t give away any signs of weakness to Fireclan, no one could. The clan was infamous for getting power off the pain of another cat.

The tom lifted his head, confusion reflecting in his yellow eyes. Fur began to bristle in annoyance, as if he thought the she-cat was trying to play a trick on him. "Who are you talking to?" He asked blankly, glancing around him before returning his gaze to Twilightshadow. Perhaps she thought he was someone else. Which was something, at least. He didn't even have a guess at his own identity at the moment. "What's ThunderClan?" Curiousity now edged his tone, and he looked the young warrior up and down quickly.

Annoyance tore at Twilightshadow, she didn’t have times to play with the Fireclan leader at the moment. Destinystep was attacking a Bloodclan warrior without a cause, which could throw the two clans into war. For a mere moment, her lip curled back in a silent snarl, but she drew in a deep breath. As she looked the leader over again, she noticed the deep gash on his head. Could the leader actually be suffering from amnesia? With a loud sigh she answered the tom’s questions.
“I’m talking to you Clockwerk!!! You know very well what Thunderclan is”
She meowed, her voice giving off the slightest bit of annoyance. If this was another one of Clockwerk’s tricks, she would kill him for it. But if the leader really did suffer from amnesia, what could she do about it? She couldn’t tell him he was an evil rogue….and she could convince him he was a Thunderclan warrior….his clan might return for him. Gritting her teeth slightly, she debated on leaving Clockwerk here while she broke up the fight or let the fight progress and figure out exactly what was going on here.

The tom tilted his head, annoyance reflecting in his own eyes now."Look, sorry, but I think you're thinking of someone else. My name isn't Clockwerk....it's..." He paused, confused."Well...I'm not sure. But I don't know what you're trying to say, but I HONESTLY don't know where I am." He asked, without actually sounding out the words, for help. But his attention was caught by the black and white tom who now pinned the red one to the ground."Uh...are they supposed to be doing that?"
