ThunderClan;
Description - Known as the Clan of courage and loyalty. There is no other Clan in the forest so true or so brave. It's also known as the Clan of heroes, the Clan of compassion, and the Clan of destiny. In the past, it was thought of by the other Clans as the Clan of kittypets because of their numerous members who were not forest-born, but there are few left in the Clan now. Though it's known for it's nobility, any Clan can fall prey to the ambitions of a deadly warrior. And ThunderClan has been known to take alliances for granted in the past, but are still always quick to help the other Clans or cats who need it. These are usually large cats with strong haunches for leaping great distances to pounce on their prey.
Character - In peace, respectful, and even helpful, of other Clans. In battle, fierce, courageous, and loyal. ThunderClan cats speak out for what is right and are not afraid to challenge the warrior code.
Prey - Mice, voles, squirrels, the occasionaly rabbit, and birds such as starlings, magpies, wood pigeons and thrushes.
Hunting Style - Excellent stalking techniques. They keep upwind of their prey, creeping across the forest floor unseen and unheard. Great climbers.
RiverClan;
Description - Known as a Clan with all the strength, brilliance, and beauty of water. They claim to know how to weave through the dangers they face, adapt to the changed world, just as the river flows around rocks and over waterfalls. They are graceful and powerful. They are proud, and think themselves as the best Clan in the forest, but what Clan doesn't? They may come off as stuck up sometimes, however. They hate showing weakness, and have been known to take advantage of the weaknesses of others. But they are true and loyal to their Clan, banding together always to rise above anything that threatens their Clanmates and their way of life.
Character - Contented, sleek, well fed. Long fur and glossy coats (although here they've been known to have any type of coat). They love beautiful things and often collect rocks, shells, and feathers for their dens. They do not fear water; they even swim for fun.
Prey - Mainly fish but also water voles, shrews and mice.
Hunting Style - Strong swimmers, moving silent and scentless through water. They scoop fish out of the water from the bank - a skill most cats in the other Clans cannot master.
WindClan;
Description - A Clan that has known great suffering, but always survives. They are fleet-footed and prefer the open moors to the sheltered forest. They are the fastest of the Clans. Sometimes other Clans sees them as weak, but no other Clan could last living in the broad, open spaces chasing rabbits for prey. They are quick to ally with other Clans to face shared problems, but are wary of cats from other Clans. They won't let the other Clans pad all over them. They never give up. They are closest to StarClan spiritually and physically, so they believe that StarClan will help them through any hardship they may face. This makes them strong. They are usually small and lean, with long legs.
Character - Fiercly loyal, tough, fast-running, and easily offended cats. They are nervous and quick to flee, due to the lack of cover on the open moor. They take pride in being the closest Clan to the Moonstone. Of all the Clans, they have the deepest knowledge of Twolegs from seeing them on the nearby farms.
Prey - Mainly rabbits. Some small forest creatures from the woods on the edge of their territory.
Hunting Style - Fast, lean and swift. Their short, smooth pelts of brown and grays (not always accountably followed here) blend in with the rocks and grasses.
ShadowClan;
Description - Few are welcome in ShadowClan's world of secrets and darkness who aren't a part of the Clan. They are a Clan of cunning and cleverness well suited to the shadows and the cold north wind. No other Clans walk the paths of night like they do. Other Clans might be faster or stronger, but they are the most dangerous warriors: fierce, proud, and independent. They are ruthlessly willing to do what it takes to protect their Clan. Over these many moons, it's apparent to the rest of the Clans that most of their hearts have warmed slightly, though they still keep to themselves. They are usually large cats with strong shoulders and fierce teeth and claws.
Character - Battle-hungry, aggressive, ambitious, and greedy for territory (or not so much anymore around here). It is said that the cold wind that blows across the ShadowClan territory chills their hearts and makes them suspcious and untrusting.
Prey - Frogs, lizards, and snakes that live in ShadowClan's boggy, peaty territory. A secret food source is the Twoleg garbage dump on the far boundary, although they have to be careful not to eat infected rats or crow-food.
Hunting Style - ShadowClan cats hunt by night better than other Clan cats and are skilled at skulking unseen through the undergrowth.
StarClan;
StarClan is the final resting place for the cats of all the Clans. Here they find peace and live together. It is always Greenleaf here and their hunting grounds are always full. However, StarClan warriors continue to actively look after the Clans they left behind, warning them of trouble on the horizon and guiding their paws. They speak to the Clans through Medicine Cats and Leaders, sending them dreams to be interpreted and speaking with them at the Moonstone.
