Deadly Alliances

Onlookers look at the calm eyes of these fourlegged creatures and they figure they have it easy. But what goes on inside it's head and life is a completely different story. Born on the streets or in the wild they are constantly fighting the battle of life. As if the elements, hunger, or humans don't give you enough trouble, you have to worry about the others of your own kind. Will they be brutal like the humans and show you their teeth, possibly ripping you to shreads? Or, will they show their kindness? Even Kindness has it's risks. Can you trust anyone with your secrets or identity since the greater the trust, the greater the betrayal. This is life from a Canine's eyes.

Here, in the city of Vexilen, it looks like your typical city.
The city is surrounded on three sides by a large forest. The city people always thought the forest made a wonderful view from their windows, but, though the forest was beautiful, it held a deadly secret. As usual, a secret cannot be kept for long.

There was an abundance of wolves living in this large forest. This may seem like no big deal, but if you think harder you may understand the problem. These wolves sometimes ventured into the city. Mainly the most hungry wolves dare to enter the city. Their desperation for food leaves them daring enough to be so close to man. They will definately kill anything. The city crowds looks like a buffet in hungry eyes. Most of the humans couldn't tell the difference between a wolf and a dog, they just assumed it was another big husky-like breed.

The strays in the city have another thing to worry about other than food, shelter, the pound, and cruel humans. These wolves take these dogs as competition and easy prey. Some wolves befriend the dogs, but others....do no such thing.

Will you dare be safe in a city when a wolf may walk into your path at any given time?

If your a wolf and hundreds of humans close by, will you run and hide? Ignore them?
Or fight them to death.

Will you ignore the dogs
Challenge them
Or befriend them and try to understand them

There's only one way to find out.
To live on.

This is a site called Deadly Alliances, where you're permitted to roleplay street dogs and wolves in the wilderness, whether they be in packs or loners. Other canine-like creatures are also considered if you talk to the admin(I play a coyote). There is a plot, and the site only re-opened a few days ago. So far, it flourishes with ten active members, and has a lot of potential to gain more!
